As part of the ANR OptiHSoins project, which aims to study the feasibility of a digital tool for creating care schedules by analyzing collective processes, we are recruiting a postdoctoral researcher in Operations Research within our Department of Automation, Production Engineering, and Computer Science (DAPI).

In collaboration with the project team, you will develop a proactive-reactive method for creating healthcare schedules in a hospital setting. You will analyze the hierarchical and collective mechanisms at work in the creation and revision of schedules. You will propose optimization solutions to facilitate the collective organization of services and maintain care capacities. You will promote the results by publishing them in a recognized journal in the field.

Job requirements

Minimum education and/or experience required:

  • PhD obtained less than 3 years before date of hire in Operations Research or equivalent

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Proficiency in optimization, scheduling, and programming methods.

  • Research experience in the fields of operational research and decision support.

  • Good command of French and English (spoken and written).

 

Abilities and skills:

  • Rigorous, independent, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Open to interdisciplinary exchanges and good communication skills.
