As a leading general engineering school of the IMT-Institut Mines-Télécom, France's leading group of engineering schools, IMT Atlantique's ambition is to accompany transitions, train responsible engineers and place scientific and technical excellence at the service of teaching, research and innovation.

As part of the RéCLasSIF project, which aims to inject national momentum into the industry of the future, we are recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join our interdisciplinary Social Sciences department (DI2S).

Working with the project team, you will conduct qualitative surveys. You will contribute to scientific output through the drafting of communications, articles, and books. You will help to coordinate the scientific activities of the RéCLasSIF network.

Job requirements

Minimum education and/or experience required:

  • PhD obtained less than 3 years before date of hire in sociology of enterprise

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of sociology of enterprise

  • Conducting surveys on career paths

  • Research experience in the digital and/or industrial sectors

  • Proven experience in action research

 

Abilities and skills:

  • Ability to independently conduct field research

  • Proficiency in sociological diagnosis

  • Ability to write scientific articles

  • Ability to conduct collective and interdisciplinary research.
