MISSIONS

Institut Mines-Télécom Business School is seeking one highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated experience in teaching (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) and a research experience in Supply Chain Management (with a digital perspective) to fit into the research themes of the school. The candidate will conduct and lead research activities within the laboratory, jointly with the Evry University - UEVE, Laboratoire en Innovation, Technologies, Économie et Management – LITEM (EA 7363).

The position will start in summer or September 2025.

Job requirements

Level of training and / or experience required:

The ideal candidate will have a PhD, a HDR (Habilitation to Lead Research) or international equivalent, significant teaching and research experience in an academic or industrial laboratory with significant and recent publications in classified and leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at international level (list of ABS - Chartered Association of Business Schools) and national level (lists of HCERES and FNEGE).

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

He or she will have demonstrated the ability to lead and manage research teams and be able to teach in French and English. The person selected for this position will be responsible for developing the discipline of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management in the school and will be participating actively in future faculty recruitment in the area.

Complementary skills, knowledge and experience:

- International teaching or research experience

- Knowledge/expertise in data analytics, artificial intelligence and/or data governance

- Experience or an interest in leading and/or participating in innovative educational projects (multimedia cases, Serious Games, MOOCs, etc.)

Abilities and skills:

- Ability to work in a team

- Motivation to participate in the assembly of responses to calls for projects and R&D proposals
