Internationally recognized generalist engineering school of the IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom), a leading French engineering school (Technological University), IMT Atlantique aims to support transitions, train responsible engineers, and use scientific excellence to serve teaching, research, and innovation.

As part of the PEPR SYSTERA collaborative project, which aims to design compact radio frequency modules in millimeter and submillimeter bands, we are recruiting a research and development engineer in radio frequency metrology for our Microwave (MO) department.

In collaboration with the project team, you will develop a submillimeter band antenna measurement bench. You will characterize the radiation of devices designed as part of the SYSTERA project.

Job requirements

Minimum education and/or experience required:

  • Master’s degree (Bac + 5) with an experience of 3 years or Ph’D in RF design

 

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Radiofrequency

  • Antenna

  • RF passive devices

  • RF propagation

Abilities and skills:

  • Knowledge of CAO electromagnetic software simulation

  • Communication in english
