MISSIONS:
As part of the school's values, mission and strategy:
· Participate in the design, coordination and implementation of courses in the fields of Sustainable Supply Chain and Logistics, as well as in economics, in French or English, in initial and continuing education
· Conduct research activities in management and/or quantitative economics on the themes of intelligent transport networks (smart mobility), supply chain and sustainable logistics, in line with the axes of the LITEM laboratory (EA 7363)
· Lead, promote and contribute to the influence of your team's research activities in your discipline
· Actively participate in the school's cross-functional projects around the supply chain and sustainable logistics, in particular the CMA MEDEI project in collaboration with the other ITM schools
· Contribute to the influence and notoriety of the school
ACTIVITIES:
1.Teaching
1.1 Teaching Design and Transmission
Design and deliver courses, particularly in the fields of supply chain management, sustainable logistics and transport networks, as well as in economics (microeconomics, transport economics) and econometrics, in French and English, at Bachelor's and Master's levels.
Participate in the analysis of the school's training needs.
Participate in the coordination of teaching and propose module developments related to digital transitions
Design and deliver courses and other teaching activities in French or English, in initial and continuing education.
Participate in project and internship defense juries.
Contribute to the evolution of pedagogy, in particular methods and tools.
Design and correct knowledge assessment topics, analyze and correct reports or dissertations.
Design and supervise projects, monitor and advise students on internships in companies
Participate in project and internship defense juries.
1.2 Coordination of teaching
Analyze needs with the training and pedagogy department and design programs to meet them.
Coordinate initial training (UV, courses, modules, etc.), continuing education (courses, internships, seminars, study days, etc.), a final year or apprenticeship program, an MS/MSc.
Participate with the discipline coordinators in:
To ensure consistency between teaching and training (UV - Module - Programme).
the evolution of curricula and propose modifications or creations of teaching modules, majors or programs.
the enrichment and renewal of the offer of continuing education courses, to propose and to ensure.
Participate in the recruitment of temporary staff, as part of the policy of developing the qualifications of the teaching staff of Institut Mines-Télécom Business School.
Design and produce course materials and teaching tools for the subjects taught.
Participate in working groups on the various CMAs (including MEDEI) as well as in the setting up of courses resulting from them.
2. Research
2. 1 Production and Animation
Develop personal research and participate in collective research around sustainable logistics to fit into the projects carried out by the school and in the themes of economics and management of transport networks in connection with operational research, supply chain management and operations management, in line with the missions of IMT-BS (digital, energy and ecological, economic and industrial transition) and by being part of the laboratory, shared with the University of Évry, the LITEM (EA 7363) (axis 1: "Digital, praxis and responsibility" and axis 2: "Innovation, markets and organizations").
Actively participate in the "Skills and Professions of the Future" (CMA) project "Professions and Expertise for an accelerated Decarbonization of Energy and Industry" (MEDEI)
Publish articles referenced in the ABS and FNEGE rankings
Participate in the organization of national or international conferences.
Propose research presentations or research notes.
Supervise end-of-studies management and postgraduate interns.
To follow the scientific policy of the Institut Mines-Telecom and the school in the field of its competences and to participate in the definition of the school's scientific orientations.
To set up and participate in projects involving external partners of the Institut Mines-Télécom, the academic world or the business world, in particular within the framework of structuring projects of the Institut Mines-Télécom or national or European projects.
Participate in existing research projects and propose research activities in emerging disciplines.
2. 2 Valorisation and influence
Participate in research or expertise actions within the framework of partnerships (industrial, academic, institutional).
Negotiate, develop and manage contracts, programs and research projects.
Contribute to the establishment and strengthening of scientific collaborations with the world of industry and research, in France and abroad.
Promote its research activities at the national and international level, including for the media and the general public.
3. Contribute to the life of the school, and to the deployment of its strategic plan and the development of its reputation
Participate in admissions juries and student recruitment.
Participate in major events in the life of the school (start of the school year, academic day, graduation ceremony, etc.) and promotional actions (trade fairs, open days).
Contribute to internal working groups and projects related to the deployment of the school's strategy.
Participate in relations with the school's stakeholders: companies, alumni, local authorities, IMT and its schools, partners of the Evryen site.
Contribute to the deployment of the international strategy, particularly during these trips abroad.
Job requirements
Level of training and / or experience required:
PhD in economics, management, operations research or related disciplines
Research work (working papers) with high potential or significant and recent publications.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
Fluency in French and English, written and oral, writing articles and teaching in English and French.
Expertise in the field of integration into the themes of the Institut Mines-Télécom.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. Python, Stata and R)
Good integration into the research community in France and/or abroad.
Knowledge of the scientific issues and laboratories of the discipline at the national and international level.
Demonstrated ability to integrate sustainable development, CSR and ethics issues into teaching and research activities.
